We, the undersigned, believe that corporations are not people, and that foreign and domestic corporations do not have a constitutional right to spend unlimited amounts of campaign cash to influence our elections. We believe that our democracy is at stake, and that the time for small solutions and tinkering around the edges has passed. We support a constitutional amendment to overturn the Supreme Court's decision in Citizens United v. Federal Elections Commission that will put Congress back to work for, We, the People.
